Entries from my 360 blog
Since I am experimenting with blogging by phone and emailing camera phone pictures and videos to my blog, I am phasing out my Yahoo 360 blog. To read those entries, just click the link above.

Long Time
I can't believe I went over a year without writing. It's been a busy time, and it's been hard. Dealing with PTSD as well as legal issues related to helping my mother collect her back child support from the estate, etc.
I am going to post more. Hopefully it will not only help me, but might be of help to others.

Most of my life and family rights activities have been lived somewhat publicly for the past decade. Recently, I have had some issues that left me unable to cope with family advocacy, or with much of anything, actually. For those who depended on my help, please accept my sincere apologies.
As many are aware, my biological father was a juvenile court judge extremely hostile to families.
When I heard the news that Herbert Kernaghan had died, I expected to feel great relief. I did feel relief, to a point. I also felt waves of anger wash over me as I remember the suffering he has caused....to me and my children....and to the families who were subject to his authority (think Eric Cartman) on a daily basis.
This blog is intended to be therapeutic to me and also to make availale to the public certain truths that will hopefully make members of the public far more vigilant as concerns juvenile courts and the powers that juvenile court judges have, as well as the abuses perpetrated on families by DFACS.
I have definite opinions on how to fix the system, but this will not be the time or place to discuss that.
It is simply my account of my own personal experiences, with sometimes painful honesty along the way. Yes, I really do refer to an emotional breakdown as "going off my bucket," so maybe you'll be entertained as well.
Some things will stay private. I will not share the names of the medications I am taking, for example.
I am going to consider this part of my self-imposed therapy, as well as my duty to set the record straight.
I will date each entry based on my notes from the times listed, and do not intend to use literary, poetic, or any other license.
